The Critical Mass Budapest is the world's largest bicycle demonstration. The aim of the movement is to raise awareness and bring the public’s attention to the mass demand for better conditions represented by bicyclists, who choose this environmentally friendly form of transport as an alternative to motor vehicles.

They organize the event every year twice...in April and in September. The movement is independent from any political parties, trade unions or churches its a real civic initiative where people demand a more healthy environment.
